my first post
The third sem internals finally got over yesterday (hopefully i don’t have to give them again!!!). A 4-day long weekend before class starts again and any sane person would actually think of catching up on the lost sleep during the exam period.
But thats not really the situation in my case. Here I am!! writing my first post on my first blog at 8 am in the morning. Why this enthusiasm?? Well it all zeroes down to money. A month back i joined my present college as a part time employee. Its not really too much of a work. Just that i have to get up 7.30 in the morning and be in college when the rest of my classmates (well most actually) are sleeping away to glory, and grab the oppurtunity to surf the net and at the same time get paid for doing so. Even though its a very minimal amount, its still a motivator.
So apart from opening my inbox , orkut and facebook and ofcourse last but not the least, the tossed salad (http://www.thetossedsalad.com/), i thought of opening wordpress and register a blog just to be a bit more productive. Not that i am too savvy with wordpress but one of my friends just goes on and on about this content management system(something that I don’t know what it means), I thought of giving it a try just to reinforce my friend’s belief and sayings. so here it is….my first post and hoping that i will be self motivated enough to write the second one pretty soon.
